3. Safety & conduct reports

To report community violations or harmful content, email with a clear subject (e.g., "Community report"), a factual description, approximate time, and room ID / display name if available. Do not include other people's private data unless necessary for investigation.

4. Privacy requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, email with subject "Privacy request" and follow any verification steps we send to protect your account.

5. Languages

We may respond in English or Vietnamese. State your preferred language in the email.

6. Service status

Major maintenance or outages (if any) may be posted on the website or in-app.
